{"id":22935,"date":"2022-09-16T13:13:12","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T11:13:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.guerini.it\/?post_type=product&#038;p=22935"},"modified":"2024-06-09T20:25:40","modified_gmt":"2024-06-09T18:25:40","slug":"ppp-private-capital-for-sustainable-infrastructure-and-smart-cities","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.guerini.it\/index.php\/prodotto\/ppp-private-capital-for-sustainable-infrastructure-and-smart-cities\/","title":{"rendered":"PPP &#038; Private capital for sustainable infrastructure and smart cities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This work, fruit of the research activities of the Centre of Excellence on sustainable finance for infrastructure and smart cities (ExSUF), set up in 2021 from the \u00abCommittee on Housing and Land Management\u00bb of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and from liuc \u2013 Cattaneo University, aims to describe the state of the art in the regulations and principle features and definitions of sustainable finance and smart cities, analyzing the classical schemes of project financing and PPPs and highlighting the present scenario in which public and private actors, and, in particular, private capital entities move.<br \/>\nBy means of a market analysis of PPPs in Italy and thanks to requests coming from discussions with practitioners and sector experts, the text concludes by showing how classical PPPs models have to evolve to guarantee flexibility and to promote constructive dialogue between public entities and the private sector with the goal of identifying new financial and design metrics and new ways of putting them into practice.<\/p>\n<p>Il volume fa parte della collana\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.guerini.it\/index.php\/categoria-prodotto\/default-category\/economia-e-management\/universita-cattaneo-libri\/\"><em>Universit\u00e0 Cattaneo Libri<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Anna Gervasoni<\/strong> is Full Professor in Corporate Finance at LIUC \u2013 Cattaneo University and Director of the Centre of Excellence of UNECE &#8211; United Nations Economic Commission for Europe \u2013 and LIUC on sustainable finance for infrastructure and smart cities. She is Chief Executive of AIFI\u2013 Italian Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt Association.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Michele Lertora<\/strong> is a PhD Student at LIUC\u2013 Cattaneo University, where he mainly conducts research in corporate finance and Private Capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Guglielmo Pascarelli<\/strong> works at the Tax &amp;
